🐾 Cafe du Paws Halloween turns the Café du Parc terrace into a costume contest for dogs, with prizes including an overnight stay at Willard InterContinental and a pet portrait from local illustrator Alexandra Schmeling. $10 from every ticket goes to the Humane Rescue Alliance, and humans attend free.
